PANI PURI
Is a traditional Indian delicacy which consists of a round hollow puri (a deep-fried crisp flatbread).
Filled with freshly brewed mint & coriander water, tamarind chutney along with a mix of 2 fruits. Chaat masala and a secret ingredient served with potato mash, onion.
Also with murukku crips in order to bring the original taste of India to local Malaysians which is only available at Don Pani Puri.

It’s aims to get more individuals involved in the food trailer business.
Beside its also aims to do this by providing a holistic solution including everything that is needed to hit the ground running.
From the truck to the menus, to ingredients as well as all equipment needed.
This will not only help people with lower income however it will also create awareness on pani puri’s.

It will happen on the final day of the Pesta Deepavali Brickfields on the 23rdOctober 2022.
