In this series, BaWangChaJi uses An Xi Tie Guan Yin Tea Leaf (安溪铁观音) which is ranked among the Top 10 Best Quality Chinese Teas due to its bright fragrance and versatility. The BaWangChaJi team took more than 50 days to invent the recipe for this Series with countless tests and trials. Combining cheese as well as fresh milk with Tie Guan Yin tea.
