Koperasi Aman Berhad (KOPERAB) and P2P Nusa Kapital Sdn Bhd (Nusa Kapital) today formalized a strategic partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony held at Saloma Bistro, Kuala Lumpur. The MOU was signed by YBhg Dato’ Sri Syed Ismail Syed Azizan, Chairman of KOPERAB, and Mr. Kee Yong Foo, Chief Executive Officer of Nusa Kapital, in the presence of distinguished guests, industry leaders, and media representatives. Through this partnership, KOPERAB will leverage Nusa Kapital’s peer-to-peer (P2P) financing platform to provide its members with more flexible and transparent funding options.
