WHAT DO CUSTOMERS LOOK FOR WHEN BUYING HEALTH PRODUCTS
AS Watson also shared findings from its Global Health Research, involving over 11,000 respondents across 10 markets in Europe and Asia.
The survey revealed some interesting trends:
- 43% purchase health products due to health concerns.
- 41% are influenced by professional healthcare advice.
- 82% research health products online.
- 56% consider prices and promotions before buying.
- 48% prioritise brand trust.

The findings show that while customers are becoming more proactive about their health, professional advice remains an important part of their decisions.
A HEALTHIER FUTURE STARTS WITH PREVENTION
With more people focusing on prevention rather than waiting until they fall sick, AS Watson aims to make healthcare advice and services more accessible through its stores and digital platforms.
For customers, it’s all about making healthier choices easier, whether that means speaking to a pharmacist, checking important health indicators or simply learning more about personal well-being.
